Lollypop's book

I have been gone for 3 months and I know nobody has missed my blog because they weren't any good or about good subjects so I have decided to from now on to dedicate this blog to my books and the adventures that they bring. I may also post the odd update with regards to my life which people properly aren't interested, but I am trying to increase my blog and knowledge of what works and what doesn't. 

Any advice would be amazing because I really do love the book blog life and the people in it because I can connect with them and i want people to be able to connect to me because i am really easy to speak to and love a good chit chat about books, wwe and also life in general. 

I am back to listening and watching BookTube which personally is something that I don't have the courage to do but I love watching BookTube and listening to them because there are some amazing reccommendations on them.

Quick update !!!

I feel amazing tonight and I think its because things feel good I am happy in my job and with my life (also good music helps). 

I need to get my review up of Landline up soon sometime at the weekend but I am so busy with work and I have now also become a rep for Bootylicious and I can not wait to get rolling with that so look out for more on that.

A Trip to Fairhope and again I was not disappointed with the story, I have loved every single story that is the Fairhope series, the great thing out this series is that each book can be read as a stand alone and you can still understand what it is happening because they don't follow. 

This book gave me so many emotions it was unbelievable, like all of Sarra Cannon's books the characters where well developed and I felt so connected to each character I wanted to cry, laugh and be angry at time with the characters. I felt the pain and joy they were going through. This book approached a sensitive subject and I respect Sarra Cannon for approaching the subject with grace and respect.

I don't really read romance but I love this series and its helped me brach out to romance genre. I love all of Sarra books and I Highly recommend ALL of her books. 

All I seem to do is work its crazy I never seem to be away from the place its crazy. I am currently sat listening to the Jericho with Charlotte from WWE get me through the night got a hard day tomorrow I am having to get my dog put down because she has cancer which is going to totally suck but its all for the best I don't want to see her in anymore pain. 

I have been in a right reading slump I am managing to get back into a flow by reading a book on my kindle called A Life With No Regrets and its been a really good pick me up kind of book to get me out of my slump which is totally awesome. I will probably get the book finished tonight so I will get the review up tomorrow if I feel up to it.

WOW JUST WOW !!!

At first I was finding this book to be hard to follow and understand but honestly i got about 50 pages in and i couldn't put the book down.

most people know but for those who don't this book is a retelling of A Thousand and One Nights and honestly I had never even read that so I was going into this totally blind which was maybe why I struggled to follow the story but I soon picked it up and loved every minute of the story.

"Just one boy and one girl" this saying sums up the entire story plot in one sentence it was a simple story but was very effective I found myself totally lost in the story able to imagine myself stood in the room where the characters were able to smell what they smelt the feeling was amazing I haven't felt that lost in a book in a long time the story telling and detail in the story was just breath taking and I am looking forward to reading the next instalement of the series.

Hi everyone, I hope you are all well and a had a lovely week and a relaxing weekend.

I have had a lovely long weekend and to be completely honest I have done nothing the entire weekend just enjoyed the fact that I could chill out and do nothing until I go back to work on Monday.

I have managed to get my head around the book The Wrath And The Dawn and i am really starting to enjoy the story the descriptions and details behind the story are amazing when i am reading it I feel that I am right there in the room and I can smell what they smell feel what they feel. 

Got a long week ahead with work working from 11-7 only awesome thing to look forward to is WWE Live at Newcastle on Wednesday so plenty of pictures hopefully if the view is good enough. 

This Is my review and thoughts on A Study In Charlotte wrote by Brittany Cavallaro. Brittany is an amazing writer she really knew how to leave you in suspense and kept me thinking throughout the book 

I really enjoyed this book being a big fan of the original Sherlock Holmes series I couldn't wait to delve into this story and it did not disappoint. I loved this book I always wanted to read something that was based on relatives of Holmes and Watson and it was made even better when it was modern day and wasn't just a son for daughter of either Sherlock or Watson. I loved that the descendent of sherlock was a girl and I also loved how much she was like him right down to the cocky know it all attitude. I loved the characterisation of each character and how thought the book each character developed, the book didn't just concentrate on the storyline and the mystery. I also loved the romantic side of the story which did make it stand out the most. When the Moriartys where mentioned it was just the icing on the cake for me. I loved the references to the original sherlock series.  can't wait to read the next installment of the series.  

I got this book after watching making a murderer in one go and I couldn't stop thinking about it so when I saw the book I jumped at it and honestly I felt that the book was very rushed especially toward the end with the Teresa Halbach case. 

It was a very heavy book to read sometimes with the amount of detail that was put into certain parts I was disappointed that really the book was just a detailed version of the tv series but sometimes it wasn't exactly far off what was on the show so I was disappointed that in a way but expected it to a certain extent. 

I also didn't like that in the first half of the book the author was on Steven Avery side then he done a complete turn around when talking about the Tersa Halbach case. I suppose in a way this book was just wrote at the right time when the tv show was getting a lot of attention.

Being Ill has its perks I have managed to read a lot more being at home in bed not allowed to go outside.

I saw this book on my twitter via the author, and I decided that I just had to look into his books, and I am glad I did I totally loved this short story I made the purchase online for my kindle.

The story was a Christmas tale with a dark but magical twist which I thought was great because it wasn't a typical Christmas story it was a fresh idea, the era it was set is my favourite so any story that is set in Victorian time is an instant win for me. I wanted the story to keep going I didn't want it to end at all, I loved all the characters especially Toby he was like another Oliver Twist. Daniel Parsons had me hooked from the beginning and I couldn't put it down and I was soaked into the world and I loved the entire storyline especially the twist on the tale of Santa that we all get told as a young child and I can not wait to read more of his writing I recommend this to EVERYONE it will not disappoint and I cant wait to read even more.

I love reading stories wrote by indie authors and I really support them as best I can and I know a big way is by writing reviews so I recommend reading and support Indie authors when you can :)

What an amazing concept based the bizarre pictures and the people and story line. The pictures helped with the story as visual proof which I thought totally rocked.The element with the peculiar children was awesome i love reading about children with strange powers and abilities. 

The mysterious element to the story and the beginning of the book was great but personally it lost all that mysterious element when the house was explained and the children, I did find the story line engaging because I was reading it any chance I got because I did want to know what happened to the children and Jacob. Ransom Riggs did an amazing job with the descriptive part of the story because I was seeing everything as i read I even dreamed about the story last night which I think is a great impact on a reader when they dream about the story that they just read. 

Overall i did love the story line and i cant wait to read hollow city but i have to wait till September to read the library of souls because i have the other two in paperback and that's when that comes out in paperback in the uk. 

Wow what a week i have had it has been my first week on my new team at my new job and it was late shifts 12pm-8pm. and today i worked 9am-2pm. 

I have read everyday on my hour dinner and when I come home and before bed to settle down which has helped with my sleeping which is totally awesome because i was barely sleeping. 

I will finish Miss Peregrines Home For Peculiar Children tonight and i will be putting up a review on here on my wordpress blog and on good reads so please dont hesitate to look and follow on any of those platforms i will appreciate the followers :). 

I've just finished watching making a murderer on netflix and omg what a program it was so heartbreaking and it just makes you think about the lengths that the criminal justice will label someone guilty before they can defend themselves .

Thank god its the weekend I plan on doing nothing this weekend except read Miss Peregrine's home for peculiar children and spend some quality time with my Fiancé because since me getting my new job and with him working also we don't get to spend much time with each other and I am hoping to feel better about my job when I go back on Monday cause it has been very hard but as I say this weekend is simply just reading because I am so looking forward to reading it I have heard nothing but amazing things about this series and I cant wait to dive in and hopefully love it as much as everyone else.

well I am going to be totally honest with my review I do not see the point in lying about a review just because a lot of people enjoyed something and just like it to keep peace and go with the flow well i don't do that I like to be different and I believe that everyone is entitled to their own opinion. 

I loved this book at the start and couldn't stop reading it and that was great until around chapter 23 and then i did not really rush to read the book and honestly i never finished the book properly because I lost interest and i could not wait to read a different book because I was totally bored.

So to be totally blunt I have not finished the book properly I kind of skimmed the ending because I am simply disappointed with the book and I did have high hoped for the book and i could not wait to.

The beginning of the book was amazing I was hooked and always wanted to know what was going to happen and I had feeling I was going to love the book if it kept that way. however I believe that the pace of the book started to slow down and it was a lot of boring details and it was like it was a filler before the twist was going to happen and it was too much and too boring for myself. 

I will probably get a lot of stick of this because I have seen a lot of amazing reviews for this book and that's what drew me to this book but unfortunately it just wasn't for me at all. 

Hi everyone

HAPPY NEW YEAR

I know that a lot of people will see the post about being better me or getting into shape but I think that if you want to be a better person or get into shape you shouldn't wait until the new year you should just go for it anytime of the year.

The only thing that I want to change this year is my reading habit I want to read more and basically make more time to read because I don't make enough time and it is the best way for me personally to relax.

I haven't been posting at all the past few months but times have been hard I have had a busted up shoulder so moving around has been hard especially when I am right handed and my right shoulder is the one I have hurt. I am going to try and blog more on here and get my wordpress blog some views but I don't think that will come of anything tbh.

I start a new job on 4th so that's a lot of pressure especially with the 6 weeks training I got to do but I am sure it will all be worth it when I am finally making enough money to move and live with my finace and finally after 6 years of being together actually be together.

Whats everyones plans this year what do you hope to accomplish even if it is getting into shape ect I would love to hear it :)

So here it is Finally my review for this book.

I went into this book rather blind all I knew was it was about a girl and her family and every October accidents happened that where unexplained.

This book was fab, I loved that this story wasn't set in America and the haunted factor to this story was so gripping and I found myself turning the pages always wanting to know what happened.

Without giving it away I did predict the story line with the main character and her love life, I did find that the skips between reality and fantasy threw me off a few times but it was a good feeling. I felt the beginning of the book was a little slow and it kind of felt like the build up to the main plot but was dragged out a bit too long for my preference. Once we got into the main story line it was amazing and I really couldn't put it down.

The end was definitely the biggest surprise for me because I didn't see it twisting into that direction and becoming a little dark but Moira Fowley-Doyle handled the entire book and the ending with perfection and for a debut novel the writing was amazing and I cant wait to read more of her work the story and questions where wrapped up nicely at the end and I wasn't left still wondering about something which was good because when I finished the book it did actually feel like the end of a story if that makes sense.

It left me with chills and its the perfect book to read at Halloween because it is set in October I would recommend that anyone that has this on their TBR its definitely worth picking up and reading. :)

Well I got round to finishing The accident Season the other week but I haven't been able to blog  my review for it yet because so much has been going on.

I did love the book but with life being so busy I was finding it hard to find the time to read and when I finally would get quiet time it wasn't until about 10pm by which point I am ready to sleep because I have had such busy days but my review will be up on here, good reads and amazon.
